Had a really great time here with our family in August 2012. There was plenty of room and the onsite and the amenities were plentiful compared to what we were used to in previous places that we have stay… Would recommend and the prices were comparable to last years accommodations but not a nice…

We stayed at Regency Towers in 1320 Labor Day weekend, & I must say from the time we got there that evening we knew we were going to have a problem in the master bedroom with the heat. Every other room was cool enough, but the master was like a heat wave. My husband turned the air down & we left to go eat hoping that the air would be much better when we returned, but we were wrong. My husband went downstairs to security & was told that was considered a non emergency. Well, when you pay that kind of money, you want to be in comfort. I had already asked about the heat as I know heat rises, and their reply was, it was fine in the condo, and not a problem. I called my sister who was staying on second floor, who in turned called security, & security came up and she could automatically tell a difference too, and we were told she knew a fan was in the gym, and would go and get it. After 1 1/2 hours she returns & says, sorry, she could not find the fan. So we had to sleep the best way we could. The next afternoon, maintenance comes in and adds freon and cleans the ceiling fan which helped a little, but we were never comfortable in the master bedroom as the other rooms. We had even asked about room change and was told there were no vacancies, but yet the sign out by the road said “Vacancy” on Saturday and Sunday and Monday. So we feel someone was lying to us. We left Monday morning around 7am(8am Ga time) & no one was in the office, but a cleaning man was in there and told my husband to put our keys in the key drop box at security, so that is what we did. We had the 4th day free, but we couldn’t use it because we had to get back so my husband & daughter could both get back to work. On Tuesday morning my husband gets a call on his cell phone around 12 noon(Ga time) saying, Check out time is 10am, pack up and check out as soon as possible. So I called down there & talked with the lady in the office and told her we left yesterday morning at 7am their time & we had left the keys in the drop box. She said our name just hadn’t been marked off. I told her to have a good day. So overall, I will give 2.5 stars, because of the problems we encountered. Service was not that great and they should of checked on their end before calling my husbands cell phone at his work. One last thing, there was a nasty wash cloth left in the second bedroom on the dust pan to use when you sweep. The dryer blows hot air right into the laundry room, so you have to do your laundry early in the morning, because of the heat.. It had been years since I had stayed here, and now I was here with my family, but we won’t be back at this resort. I know although this was several hundred dollars to stay the 3 nights, next time we will pay more and stay in comfort. I was sure trusting for a much better weekend.

What a wonderful surprise! Came down for labor day weekend and had a blast! The onsite beach bash was a blast and the free food, band and water rides were a great hit for all of us. I have stayed here before and never experienced all this to do before at Regency. The rental 908 we stayed in was delightful and the owners have decorated the condo very well. Thanks for the deal we really enjoyed the 6 piece band which was very versatile playing jazz to southern rock. The Jazz was a great surprise! Just a great job you made our vacation much more memorable even if it was 3 nights stay. Please keep up the good work and keep offering what you do for family fun and you will never have to worry about having our family stay with you guys. I’ve already marked my calendar for June 2014 – Many thanks!

We are back in Iowa after a wonderful trip to Missouri! We took an extra week at the Lake of the Ozarks after leaving regency towers. Great time with great friends. It did not end on a wonderful note – we got a call the day before we were headed home that Sheryl’s uncle had died. We did make it home for the wake and the funeral but it was not the way a trip should end! So after getting everything unpacked, attending the funeral and church this morning I finally am sitting at the computer and catching up! We visit every year and enjoy the community of our friends throughout the year and look forward to it even after 30 days of being gone.

A wonderful resort facility set on the very best beaches in the United States! I have lived here for 35 years as a professional marine biologist, so I know the water. It’s great, and so is Regency Towers!

A Great place to stay in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. Most the Condo’s are affordable, and greatly located in the city. Right smack dab on the beach but away from all the excitement enough that its quiet and peaceful. Its a gated community with security guards on staff 24/7 you’ll feel safe, and relaxed.

We stayed here for our Thanksgiving family get together from Lilburn, Georgia and our stay was alright. Booked through the company there onsite at Regency Towers and was convenient and easy… Price was good – condo was clean enough. Think we paid 115.00 nightly plus a cleaning fee costing $120.00. We thought even though this unit (102) was a ground floor condo rental that we would be able to see the ocean but, not really viewable. Was convenient for bringing our stuff in and out on the first floor though.

Since our mother is not alive this year we chose a change in venue for Thanksgiving. The complex was most definitely a fun packed place with lots to do but, all the other attractions in P.C.B that we wanted to experience were closed along with Capt. Jacks Restaurant that we have visited in the past before. They do not open back up until March according to the sign! 🙁 We did end up going to The Ripley’s place and Wonderworks the next day, both were neat for us to enjoy!

We would stay here again just not at this condo rental unit 102 – Needs some upgrades from the tub t.v.’s in the Master bedroom an guest bedrooms… Luckily the living room has large enough flat screen tele. Thanks for being hospitable and only rated low because the room just needs some updates.

      Hello NAN,

First let me thank you for posting a review for Regency rental 102. Glad that you stayed here with us onsite. This is a Standard Unit (our lowest rating of 3 levels) and we are glad that you made comments about your stay. This vacation rental does need some updates and we have expressed this to the owner. We offer a lot of great family activities onsite and it sounds like you have taken advantage of them for your family vacation stay. The owner has ordered a new sofa and love seat for the condo and at time of posting is already in the unit. We hope to see you back with us next year onsite at Regency Towers complex. Please check your email for a special promotion code should you and the family choose to visit again with us.

You friends from the Beach – Vacation Place Rentals Team

We have stayed at the Regency every winter for over 20 years. This started with a 2 week stay around Christmas years ago with our family and now my husband and I stay here for 5 to 6 months every winter. We usually come down in Oct and leave in April.

The condos are individually owned so each unit will vary in decor and updating. Some are very updated and well equipped and others may leave something to be desired! We have researched the condos that we rent and have been very pleased especially with the last 5 to 6 years.

There is a great activity list for winter visitors including: organized card playing several nights a week, a Sunday cocktail gathering, golf outings, exercise groups, pool league and several organized parties throughout the winter.

There have occasionally been situations at the Regency that I was not all that happy with but the vast majority of the time if the issue is mentioned at the office my concerns have been addressed.

In October of 2013 the pool was very cool for the last 2 weeks. There was an issue with a part being ordered and there seemed to be some confusion over when the heater in the pool would be turned on but by November 8th the pool was at 80 degrees. Again my concerns were addressed when I took them to the office. I realize that staying for a longer time period might make me a little more patient. If I was here for a month and the pool was not heated almost the entire time, I would not have been quite as understanding!

All in all the Regency is a wonderful place to stay. The people who live and visit here are very friendly. The staff has been responsive to concerns. Each room has a beach view. Some are front facing and look directly on the beach and pool areas. Some are on the west and east sides and you still have a view of the beach with the additional perk of seeing the city lights in the evening!

I would recommend the Regency as a great place to spend all or part of your winter!

We usually book our vacation stay many months ahead in Panama City. Regency Towers is a great place and books up faster than any other places as I was told on the beach. They do have great prices compared to the other places we though about staying at in 2013. The 4 bedrooms were already sold out when we tried to book in April for July months. So we only could get a 3 bedroom which was still nice but preferred a 4 bedroom condo..:( . Condos were a good size and they have great ocean views.

They had waterslide twice a week and a bunch of great stuff onsite like Karaoake (which I did not partake in). Overall, we had so much fun we did not go out for 2 nights. Would recommend for famiilies.

Just so everyone knows: My son is in the video that was put together here swimming in the pool – He’s famous!
