1.) By submitting your taken photo images that clearly identifies any person or persons you must have their prior consent/agreement.
2.) All submitted photo images should be submitted by the photographer who has taken the image. No submitting others work… That\’s a NO-NO!
3.) Your added photo entry in the contest constitutes your agreement to allow your images to be published on Panama City Beaches Visitor Sites: www.PCBVisitor.com and PCBVisitorGuide.com websites.
4.) We will not allow Pictures depicting any inappropriate images like: nudity, indecent postures or gestures, etc, as they will automatically be disqualified. Before submitting a picture, please consider the sensitivities of people depicted in your photograph.
5.) All submitted photos you are agreeing to allow PCBVisitor.com the right to use your photographs on its related websites to promote regional tourism travels without being compensated.
6.) There is a maximum of THREE photographs that may be submitted, per person for the \”Beaches Photo FUN\” contest.
7.) We can include your name and location as a credit caption to be posted should you desire.
